Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data associated with Mints Recipes Culinary (the website culinary.mintsrecipes.com and the Mints Recipes Culinary Android app).

What data we hold

When you enrol in a workshop, we may store:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your account login and user ID
• Your enrolment records and course progress
• A record of which workshops you have purchased (payments themselves are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details)

How to request deletion

Email reshu@mintsrecipes.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, sent from the email address registered to your account. Please include your full name so we can locate your account.

What happens next

• We verify the request comes from the account owner.
• We delete your account and associated personal data (name, email, phone, login, enrolment and progress records) within 30 days.
• You will receive an email confirming the deletion.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information where the law requires it — for example, purchase and transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes. Any certificate already issued may be retained for validation purposes unless you ask us to remove it. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
